280 participants | $7.4 million
Since 2021, we’ve received over $6.1 million in gifts. These base funds meet the lender requirement to have at least 25% of total project costs raised.
Participants with pledges in progress are anticipated to provide an additional $1.3 million in cash.
Stages for Construction Delivery
Stage 1
(18-24 months after breaking ground)
Renovations to SLC + Site Work + Warm Shell of Ministry Center (useable building with A/C, gym floor, basic A/V technology & furniture, fixtures, and equipment)
Stage 2
(6-10 months after breaking ground)
Complete interior upfit to new building (adding walls, finishes, dropped ceilings, and complete furniture, fixtures, and equipment)

Our goal now is to obtain 465 new commitments proving that we have the support to raise the remaining funds for the project over the next few years.
Once we’ve received commitments equal to Stage 1 costs, our lender will allow us to break ground.
